Many of us may not be familiar with other plants or floral arrangement other than the usual lilies, roses or gerberas we can purchase from florist with flowers online delivery. Let’s seek to understand more about nature in order to be able to appreciate them better. Perhaps it may stir our desire to be like a florist to cultivate and grow them in our backyards and gardens.
Acæna Novæ Zealandiæ, as its name suggests, originates from New Zealand. Though small and having not grown more than 2 inches in height, it is one amazing evergreen sturdy plant which is quite interesting to note. Its flowers are microscopic and each other has four green petals.
One thing to note about this plant is that it can have an inclination to climb and will be an interesting showpiece in the garden, to spruce up the walls or fences with. Add some other coloured plants or gerberas or roses by the side and you have a beautiful garden of flowers with greens, a perfect backyard to chill out and relax on any fine day.
